Taskego assists local business owners in identifying operational bottlenecks, selecting suitable software tools, configuring automated communication and intake workflows, and measuring operational improvements through structured monthly reporting.

Our services are advisory, setup, and implementation-focused. Specific deliverables, project phases, and monthly retainers are agreed upon transparently before any work begins.

2. Realistic Expectations & Honest Practice

We believe in complete transparency with every business owner we serve:

• No Guaranteed Sales or Revenue: Taskego does not promise or guarantee sales numbers, inbound lead counts, or specific revenue targets. Business performance depends heavily on your offer, pricing, local market demand, team consistency, and economic factors outside our control.
• No Unrealistic Magic: Systems and workflows reduce repetitive friction and missed inquiries; they do not replace sound business judgment or customer quality.
• No Fake Reviews or Deceptive Tactics: We strictly refuse to engage in fake review generation, deceptive advertising, or black-hat growth tactics.

3. Client Cooperation & Information Accuracy

To build practical systems that truly fit your daily operations, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your business processes and customer communication channels.
• Ensure key decision-makers or relevant staff members participate in brief training and system handoff sessions.
• Safely manage administrative credentials and access permissions granted for tool setups.

4. Third-Party Tools & Subscriptions

We recommend only the software, APIs, or tools that your business genuinely needs (e.g., messaging APIs, database spreadsheets, form intake tools).

• Direct tool subscriptions remain in your business's name and account ownership.
• Taskego is not responsible for outages, rate changes, or policy adjustments enacted by third-party platform providers.

5. Ethical Communication & Anti-Spam Policy

Taskego strictly complies with privacy standards and ethical business practices. Workflows configured by Taskego are meant solely for communicating with customers who have voluntarily reached out, opted in, or have an existing business relationship with you. We do not support sending bulk unsolicited spam, purchased contact lists, or unapproved promotions.

6. Confidentiality & Data Ownership

Your business operations, customer records, and internal operational data remain your exclusive property. Taskego will treat all business information shared during consultations, audits, and implementation with strict confidentiality and will never sell or disclose your data to competitors or third parties.

7. Payment, Engagement & Cancellation

Consultations initiated through our free consultation forms carry no financial obligation. For ongoing monthly system engagements, terms, deliverables, and fees are defined in clear writing. You may pause or discontinue monthly management engagements by providing written notice as specified in your agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
